Refund policy

Salty See would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases, so we ensure all items are professionally photographed and all items are listed correctly online with their size and dimensions.
So if for any reason an item is not what you expected, email emy@saltysee.com.au.

Please note, there are no returns, exchanges or change of mind with artwork that has been made to order.
We have made that artwork as per your spec.

We have a NO RETURN ON SALE ITEM policy.

We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight.

Please note that images over the size of 50x75cm (20x30”) may print with a slight grain, this is due to the nature of ocean photography and the environment in which the images are photographed. When looking at the prints from viewing distance, the grain isn’t noticeable. The grain is only apparent when standing very close to the print.

If your order arrives different than expected, ie; a mistake, faulty or damaged or miscommunication was made on our behalf, please contact us and we will organise a replacement for you.

If you receive a package which is visually damaged or opened insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. In the rare event that an item is undelivered or damaged, please
contact emy@saltysee.com.au and we will take action to amend the circumstance as best as we can.
